The situation

When Cresford purchased the lot, they had one goal in mind; Give purchasers the opportunity to own an asset in the centre of arguably Canada’s busiest city, Toronto. With the growing demand for high end, high quality real estate, Cresford wanted to surpass all expectations.

The solution

We have worked with Cresford for numerous past projects, we understood what they wanted. But to help get purchasers excited and spark conversations, we had to look at this differently.
